David C. Braswell is a licensed attorney in both North Carolina and South Carolina. Mr. Braswell is an Honors graduate of the Thomas M. Cooley School of Law in Lansing, Michigan where he received his juris doctor degree and a graduate of East Carolina University. Mr. Braswell has served as an adjunct instructor of law for North Carolina Wesleyan College and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, American Bar Association, the North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Nash Edgecombe Bar Association, and a member of the Criminal Section of the North Carolina Bar Association.
